• We do not auto-delete your files unless you explicitly delete them
• If you prefer periodic purges, we can structure folders to support that workflow

Quotes and changes

Quotes are based on the information provided. If scope changes (for example, volume is significantly different than expected), we will communicate updated pricing before proceeding.

Taxes and third-party fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes and any third-party fees (for example, payment processing fees) unless we explicitly state otherwise.
